Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after the order was delivered to the campus. If 7 days have passed since the items have been delivered, we can no longer offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a payment refund, you must email sales@advertising-matters.com with a picture of the defective or damaged item.

To complete your return, we will need your order number, product item, quantity/size(s) in the email along with the image of the defective or damaged item.

Please do not return or ship your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All custom orders are final.

If the item received is defective or damaged, please email sales@advertising-matters.com with a picture of the defective or damaged item.  Please also include your order number, product item, quantity/size(s) in the email.  If the item is deemed to be defective or damaged, a payment refund will be distributed back to the original form of payment.  No exchanges will be allowed.

* Refunds will only be allowed up to 7 business days after the order was delivered.  No refunds will be allowed after 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@advertising-matters.com.

 

Exchanges

Shipping returns

 

Items for orders that have been successfully refunded need to be returned to Deandrea Brockington, Business Clerk at IDEA Southeast campus.
