When will I receive my order?

Can I pick my order up directly?
Orders will not be available for pick up directly from We Got Spirit Tees, Advertising Matters. All orders will be delivered on October 31, 2024 at Hazel Harvey Peace. Orders will be individually distributed by Andrea Sadler, School Secretary.
What is your refund policy?
All custom orders are final. If the item is defective or damaged, please email sales@advertising-matters.com with a picture of the defective or damaged item. Please also include your order number, product item, quantity/size(s) in the email. If the item is deemed to be defective or damaged, a payment refund will be distributed back to the original form of payment. No exchanges will be allowed.
* Refunds will only be allowed up to 7 business days after the order was delivered. No refunds will be allowed after 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

I want to change my order
Changes to any order will not be allowed. In the case that the wrong item, quantity/size(s) were purchased, please email sales@advertising-matters.com with your order number, product item, quantity/size(s) for a full refund. Refunds will be distributed back to the original form of payment. If the Hazel Harvey Peace Store remains open for orders, please place a new order with the correct product and quantity/size.
All custom orders are final once the Hazel Harvey Peace Store has closed.
Can I place my order after the store is closed?
No purchases will be allowed to be made once the store is closed.
